question. Did you have trouble putting on muscle mass being tall? I am 23
years old, 6'3" with a fairly skinny build (195 lb.), and I can't seem to put on any weight. Do you have any suggestions with training or diet?

No I really did´t have any problems putting on muscle mass. It´s relly very much about eating right. If you work out you need a lot of proteins and you have to eat regurlaly. I recommend you to talk to a professional trainer at the gym for advice. Or, look out for my book on fitness and dieting that’s coming in the future. I´m planning to share all my work out secrets eventually.
I am not a fan, I hate the idea of being "fanatic" about someone. But I
can certainly appreciate the person I can imagine you are. It's great to
see some swedes up there, and not just to show muscles. You are someone many can look up to. I whish you all the best with your "many" activities and hope you'll be able to play in movies you really would like to.

No I havn´t been to Biltmore Estates, but hopefully I´ll visit there somewhere in the future. Alas I missed the Superbowl this year. I´ve been busy shooting a new movie in Romania recently, and got a lot of cathong up to do!

No, I havn´t done any promotion for modern pentathlon lately. But I sure enjoyed it while I did it emmensly! I recommend you check the internet for English books in that matter. Try amazon.com, and I´m sure you will find something your daughter will like.

Was it hard to be the russian boxer in Rocky IV? I mean the training
bevore the film starts?
I enjoyed the part of Ivan Drago very much. Sure, it was hard working out with Sylvester Stallone. We littary lived in the gym six months before starting shooting, but looking back it was worth it!

forward to more updates! By the way, I have a few questions I'd like to
ask you. If you can't answer them, that's cool. I know you're a busy man.
First off, what is the film that you have most enjoyed working on? My
personal favorites of yours are Rocky 4, The Punisher, Showdown in Little
Tokyo, Universal Soldier and Pentathlon.
Also, I'm a martial artist in training. I train in Korean Tang Soo Do
Karate. I'm 16 years old, and I've been doing this since I was 7. A year
ago, I had earned my blue belt after passing my exam(I'm a slow learner,
go figure). Although I enjoy the martial arts, my confidence was shattered
a few months ago when one of the instructors pointed out I barely passed
the exam because of my stances and hip motion. The thing is, no one ever
bothered to point out how to correct my mistakes before then! I was
shocked to learn of this, but I dont want to give up. What should I do
to
improve my technique? Should I go all the way to the beginning and rebuild
myself? Also, I have a heavy bag I use. I'm not sure how long you're supposed
to hit it. Is there a certain amount of minutes you're supposed to hit
it or do you just hit until you drop?

comments. May I just say that as I was growing up, Masters of the Universe
was one of those movies I just watched all the time! You not only lived up
to the He-man image, but I thought you personified the role perfectly, and

Yes, as I matter of fact I still enjoy making movies. Of course it changed
a lot over the years, especially on the special effect side. I´ve
always been temped to direct a movie myself, and just did for the first
time actually. I starred and directed my latest movie “The Defender”.
It was quite a challenge, hard work but in the end very rewarding. Look

I was on the set on the James Bond film “A View To A Kill”
with my then girlfriend Grace Jones who starred in it. The director asked
me to do a scene. One thin led to an other, and before I knew it I was
considered for the part of Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.
