How are you doing? I'm a massive fan of yours and have all your movies,
my favorites are Universal Soldier and Showdown in Little Tokyo. In all
the years making the fantastic movies that you do which is your favorite?

The website is looking great :) and I will keep supporting you in

For my whole life Ive been trying to find a way to meet you and I still

after recently seeing "Universal Soldier" for the first time since junior
high, I realized I have, for all these years, in fact been a huge fan of
yours, however subconsciously. I now realize the impact films such as "The
Punisher," "Rocky IV," and "Masters of the Universe" have had on my
childhood. I recall my father describing to me your educational
background, and how, unlike many so-called action stars, you are in fact a
thoughtful and intelligent actor, something I found impressive and
actually inspirational.

Hi Dolph,
I'm a Canadian girl living in Calgary, working in your once-favorite field
of Chemical Engineering! Despite knowing who you were for many years, I
hadn't seen many of your films until watching Universal Soldier recently
on video. Just wanted to tell you that you were wonderful and probably
the best looking man I have ever seen.
I scanned various sites for photos of you but noticed there weren't that
many showing off your incredible body. I would love to have some
art-style black and whites of you. You are simply a god and haven't been
photographed nearly enough for your perfect form. Any ideas where I might

Well, short and sweet, I've been a big fan for a long time. In the late
80's after my wife and I divorced, I had gone from about 190 lbs. to a
huge 285!! Desperate to shed the weight, I began eating right and I
bought a tape called "Dolph Lundgren's: Maximum Potential". Using it
religiously every day, in about 8 weeks I went down to about 220 and was
in the best shape of my life. I was about 26 years old at that time.

Now, at 40, I find myself in a similar situation. After several years of
personal tragedies including my father's suicide in 1999, I am again
dangerously close to 300 lbs. Yesterday, I came across your tape and made the decision to do something about my size. So, once again, I have no doubt that you will come to my rescue and in no time (maybe a little
longer than it took at 26) I will be able to get back down to the weight I
need to be. I just felt that you might like to know how you touched my
life before and will now, do again. I can say with all sincerity that if
there is ever anything I can do to say thank you or repay in some way what you have done for me, don't hesitate to ask. I wish for you all the blessings and joy that the world can give!!
