DOLPH'S COMMENTS:
An other action movie shot in Montreal. In Peacekeeper I co-starred with Montel Williams, who also works as a talk show host in New York. He was actually in the US Navy for a while. We had really good times off the set; he had a lot of stories about the guests he had on his show.
We shot almost the whole picture on the set, indoors all the time.
Roy Scheider was a pleasure to meet and work with.
It's tough, when you are stuck on a set sort of 12 hours a day, especially in this case as I injured my back during a stunt. It was so bad at one point that I couldn't get up. I was taking painkillers and I was lying on the floor between takes. They had to lift me up, prop me up against some piece of furniture, or the wall, to grab a gun and try to squeeze off a one-liner, a few shots or throw a few kicks. This is one example of the glamour of being an action star!
