AGENT RED - 2000

PLOT:
Stalwart naval captain Matt Hendricks (Lundgren) faces imminent peril beneath the waves as he is escorting a deadly metavirus to safety on American shores. Inimitably, a gaggle of hacked-off Russian terrorists take over the submarine on which Hendricks is traveling and threaten to launch the virus on an unsuspecting populace. Together with a perky female scientist, the crusading captain must put a halt to the group's dastardly plan.

It was shot in LA 1999. Directed by a Canadian filmmaker named Damian Lee.

At this time I just came back from Tokyo where I had been doing an exhibition at the World Karate Championship. I was there with my instructor Brian Fitkin. We came back to LA, and decided to incorporate some of the moves from the exhibition to the actual movie. Thats why the picture has a lot of very distinct and well choreographed fight scenes.

The movie takes place in a submarine, and I run into bad guys, sort of in every corner. These short encounters are actually based on my exhibition at the World karate tournament in Tokyo!
